Duskstep nodded again. She stayed still for a moment, calculating where she thought the rabbit would run if she ran at it in a certain area. Once she was done, she slowly pulled herself forward, belly fur skimming the ground. She paused; paw held in midair as the rabbit's ear twisted in her direction. When she was close enough, she pounced. Dusk didn't pounce the normal way, landing on her feet lightly and ready to chase after the rabbit. It started running, and Dusk followed close behind, occasionally almost tripping or falling behind. Once she was close enough, a quick dart of her paw and the rabbit was tumbling on the ground. Dusk hovered over it, flinching as a kick from the rabbit's hind legs got close to her face. No need to torture the prey. She finished it off with a quick nip, picking the body off of the ground. "Congratulations." Rabbitfoot said warmly, t twinkle in his eyes returned. "I thought I had to do something." He said hardly panting. "You're fast as well."

"I'll catch one." He said. "Then you'll understand that I'm called rabbitfoot." He then turned and walked to a bush and stood to sniff.
