He nods. He wanted her to nuzzle him. He sighs. "Thanks." He said his voice cracking. He laid down and closed his eyes. "We were like best friends." He said crying softly.  He walked forward and placed his muzzle on her neck and cried like a kit.

Dusk woke up from her nap with a large yawn. ''Hmmphhh'' Her ears swiveled toward the den entrance. Something was wrong. She got up, trotting out of the den and looking around with confusion. Rabbitfoot's ears twitched. He looked up his eyes filled with grief. He stepped back from Beetlesight and walked to his brother's body. "I'm so sorry, I broke father's promise, of keeping you safe." He whispered softly.

Her face was still indifferent, and when she noticed DuskStep she was quick to offer her position. She didn't know how to react to RabbitFoot, especially since BranchPaw had been missing for longer than she could remember. She was surprised there were still remnants of him to mourn over even.

Rabbitfoot groomed his brother for the last time. When he was done, he stood and walked to Wildstar. "Wildstar, I'm ready." He said sadly.

She tiptoed away, she couldn't be around there anymore, she just couldn't. What was she supposed to do? Really, what? She could barely make up her mind on small choices let alone comfort someone over their dead sibling. So instead of panicking, she left. Padded away for a nice walk.
