Ebony followed making sure to walk right beside him glancing back at kestrel who very begrudgingly followed ears slightly pinned in annoyance. |

Neptune woke up with a yawn. His legs ached from sleeping the wrong way, and he sat up with a wince. He started grooming his tussled fur, blinking the weariness out of his eyes. Duskstep S/H-Deputy Duskstep sat in the middle of the clearing, eyeing a large squirrel sitting on the top of the prey-pile. She sighed before standing up and making her way to it, picking the prey up and carrying it away to eat. Silentriver S/H-Warrior Silentriver sat next to a stream, watching minnows dart around. She knew she wasn't supposed to engage with water, but she couldn't hold back a paw dip. The water was crisp and cold, and she savored the feeling before shaking the water off of her paw. |

As the rushing sound of the river reached Brackenleaf's ears his shoulders slightly relaxed. "Well here it is." He motioned to the river as it came into view. "Unless you wanted to see the waterfall." He nodded further down the river where the thunderous crash of the waterfall boomed. |

Her head tilted "waterfall? I'd love to see that!" She purred smiling at him, ok maybe she did fin it funny to mess with Tom's. Kestrel, didn't seem to agree, probably wanted to walk off but wasn't for some reason. |
