she stopped dead in her tracks how does he know I have a sibling? has he met her? hurt her? her head turned slowly, she hadn't smelled her scent on him.. What if he had done something though? What if when she got back Ebony was gone? No.. Ebony could take care of herself, right? |

Neptune paused as well, hearing the pawsteps stop. He smiled softly, sadly, knowing he hit. Her mind would be full of questions. But he didn't want to answer them. All he wanted right now was to heal the wounds in her heart, so it wouldn't look or feel like his. His clanmates would be wondering where he was-or would they? Did they care? He fretted for a bit before silencing his mind like he'd taught himself to do, practiced, so he wouldn't let the hurt and pain leak through. |

She snorted and shook her head manipulative, probably a guess she turned again and kept walking, she kept a smooth pace, no signs ponted he had ever even MET Eb, however, her claws itched to dig into something, knowing her, she was going to look for a target on the way back.. bad habit, according to Ebony. Neptune turned around again. "They can't heal your wounded heart. I'm not sure if anyone can. Loneliness doesn't come from being alone; It comes from feeling like nobody cares. Sometimes even ones who do care can't fix that." Neptune paused for a moment, "Isn't it sad when you get hurt so much, you can finally say, 'I'm used to it? We aren't waiting for our happy ending anymore. We're just waiting for the end, aren't we? Just because we carry the weight and pain well doesn't mean it's not heavy."
