Since she's a traveler she could walk into his territory or if he has an alpha then that alphas territory XD

i'm also a bit confused on how the top 5 werewolves work, are they all in one pack or something? i'm aware that hound is in seven's pack, but what about the other four? 		oak

All have their own packs ^^ they have grown high in the hierarchy of like all the werewolves in a way does that help?

Yes they are the alphas of theirs packs,most high ranks have packs of their own
