yes, T2 marks are still highly sought after! the most recent one is "orca" and it's very beautiful and seems to be very successful (my new stud who has orca has sold out of slots for 4 weeks straight now, very grateful i could cry ahhaha) panda and merle have become more of a niche desirable trait that varies from player to player from what i've seen (on TC) and heard (people expressing how much they dislike these marks now lol) cougar seems to still be holding strong-ish tho! yes, raffle eyes are still huge! the 'newest' (from most popular to least in my personal opinion from what i've seen with pups and studs) are husky, dark hazel, novus, steel blue, bloodhound, and holly. husky is def most popular (based on how many public studs are husky eyed!). smoke, storm, dust, etc are all still very present in the public market tho! there are also new 'eye applicators' now too! from "most to least popular" based on how difficult it is to craft as well as the prices of the recipes on TC are- yagou, crotalus, puma, cetacean, carapace, scallop, and bone (scallop i believe is not as popular, bone is a very neutral/staple eye that is super easy to craft) these eye apps definitely aren't as popular as raffle eyes since they are craftable, but still very cool and more valuable that normal common eyes there are also new NBW exclusive marks and eyes! the eyes include mercury, chestnut brown, warm gray, copper, and honey! very neutral eyes but super pretty! as well as i believe 6 new NBW T8 marks, 3 of them are actually based off of different goat breeds such as soay unders, arapawa, sakiz mask; as well as 3 player inspired marks such as vixen points, wolverine, and whitetail spots! here's the link to the dev update with more info :) as for bases, BO TIII's still run the game in my opinion, T* bases are up there too. here's a link to the 'newest' BO bases, NBW eyes, app eyes, etc idk how long you've been gone but there are now MoD's! piebald and patches (huge in the public stud market), as well as a 'new' mutation called sirenomelia (very pretty). other 'new' mutations include hereditary cataracts, deafness, spontaneous blindness so tl;dr, if you find a chased, TIII's are still top dog, marking-wise honestly doesn't reallyyyy affect the price (even if it's a chased orca) from what i've seen on TC (unless it's a TIII), husky/dark hazel/novus/steel blue all seem to be doing well on TC but i will say TC has plummeted in the past year or so lol, NBW TIII's are selling for a handful of GC, whereas a year ago i would see a freakin lily with 2 common marks up there for 40GC lmao, now that same wolf would be like 1200sc or 3gc hopefully this helps a little! sorry it is so jumbled lmao, but please feel free to ask specifics, i'm happy to help and i know others will help as well :) and welcome back! c: |
