I frowned, lifting my forepaw as blood welled from the cut. Rasping my tongue over my pad, muzzle wrinkling at the metallic taste of blood.

Deciding to go on a quick hunt he started out of camp slipping out and heading for his favorite hunting spot.His personal favorite spot was ironically in a denser part of the forest where he could choose between hunting from above or stalking on the ground not to mention it was a pretty peaceful spot to.

Limping over to a semi-protected area, I sat down, lifting my paw once against to get a closer inspection. The cut wasn't deep, but it was painful and would take a few days to heal.

Bengal star entered the thicker part of the forest and pricked his ears catching the faint flutter of wings.He started towards it staying as silent as he could.Spotting a semi young hawk scratching its claws at a small burrow likely belonging to a mouse he stalked closer his fur slightly spiked up in excitement for such a seemingly easy kill.

As the hawk moved to probably give up on whatever it had been trying to get Bengal star pounced.He went straight for its neck and its cry of alarm was cut short.Once it was dead he lifted his head and licked some blood off his muzzle quite proud of his kill.
