Heal Corrupted Creatures Quest

I have been on the Ashen Oath "heal 3 corrupted creatures" quest for 2-3 days and have yet to find any corrupted creatures capable of being healed. I have found a few corrupted creatures to fight but am never given the option to heal them. Fighting them doesn't heal them either. I have been to a few different biomes and used multiple energy bars these past few days. Is this a bug?

If I'm reading your post correctly, it seems like you're just fighting them to the death. Here's what you need to do-

1: Find a corrupted creature and begin to fight it

2: Get the creature under 10 health, but don't kill it

3: The prompt for healing will appear on the right side of the battle options (like where flee and rest are)

If that doesn't work, then your game is likely bugged

edit: you may also need herbs, as said below, I didn't need to when I did it, but there's been a lot of bug fixes since so I'm unsure.

FYI, you do need specific herbs based on which side you sided with.
Witch Spell (Group): 1 Arnica, 1 Carrionflower, 1 Cedar Bark, 1 Charcoal, 1 Yarrow

Kora's Spell (Loner): 1 Turmeric, 1 Tobacco, 1 Feverfew, 1 Garlic, 1 Goldenseal
