The pup had been flapping and squirming so much that the both of them fell out of the tree. With a small yelp, the female positioned herself so that the young dragonett wouldn't take any of the damage.

she curled into a ball as they hit the ground then just stayed there confused for a moment.

August silently followed up to the tree. Watching neb she sat down, waiting for them to come down.

With a groan, the female attempted to get up. She was shaking from the effort, and the experiment's balance was terrible. Yet, she refused to sit down.

August jumped back as they hit the ground. She walked got back over to them. "Are you alright Neb?" She yipped then noticed the small pup. "Oh- aww you poor baby.." She reached out to the pup.

"Neb, sit it you need to." She barked. "I can watch it." She said, looking into neb's eyes with a soft gaze.

"Yea, poor thing. Took none of the fall" She muttered. Trying to regain balance, the female just ended up falling over. That was the point Nebulosa let herself lay down and recover.

"Hey!" She quietly barked. She slowly followed the small creature, trying to not seem like a threat. "You're safe here."

Noticing her sister was near the pond, she swam quickly towards the dragon, and grabbed her by the wing. It was near impossible to see what happened. Dragging Nox down into the pond, the fear in her gaze said it all. Stay quiet.
