Simon cringes, hearing Iris charge her attack. "Fuck.." he whisper, he sits down behind the tree, not knowing what to do. Does he run? Does he stay? So many options..
He shows himself, raising his hands in the air as a surrender. "Hi.."

Iris tilted her head at the human, laughing inside at the little squeaky noises they made. He was holding his hands above his head, as if he was calling a god. Peculiar. Her intense gaze turned into curiosity- clearly this puny human couldn't do much damage, why not learn a little about them? Might help her later. Iris sat down, and tilted her head.

Twilight on the other hand was still trying to escape the net huffing when she couldn't and just laid on her side watching the human.

(She's gonna have like a slightly injured wing that will heal eventually,want Simon to have to help herrrr)

Simon slowly walks closer. "I'm innocent, I promise" He then reaches for his pocket knife, making sure to make no sudden movements. He kneels down neat Twilight, cutting at the ropes but being careful not to hurt her. "I would not hurt a dragon. I can't hurt a dragon, would be killed in seconds." Simon continues to mumble himself, hating the awkward silence

Simon shudders, feeling Iris watching him. "Do you have to watch so closely?" He looks back Iris, stopping the cutting of rope for a few seconds

Twilight froze staring at him cutting at the ropes debating whether he's trust worthy or not.her tail shifted as rope fell away she was almost free now.

Simon huffs, going back to cutting the ropes. "Trust me or not, that's fine. Just let me live, I would rather be alive..for now.." The ropes fall to the ground, making Twilight now free

Twilight lunged up the second she was free flipping around and looking at the human not sure if she should bite him or what.She turned spreading her wings to fly away only to get about 10 feet up before hissing in pain and dropping back down glaring at her wing.
