I yawned, leaning back on my haunches as I watched over the two mingling clans.



(I'm curious to see how white and dark play out)

He looked around the clearing in awe, all these new cats- she looks fun!

He raced over to the shecat, eyes bright and kit-like. Skidding to a halt just in front of her, "hi hi Hi! I'm FoxSpring, from RidgeClan. Who are you? What do you do in camp? Wow wow wow! I've never been to a gathering before, they always leave me at camp because I'm apparently the best guard in the whole territory! This is so exciting, I'm so excited!" He mewed, practically bouncing up and down.

Frost feather blinked taking in all of his words for a moment "wow that was a lot,I'm frost feather deputy of horizon clan" she purred kindly."hm typically I'm choosing patrols or every now and then chatting but I do a lot of patrols" she chuckled.Her eyes shone with amusement at this very kit like Tom.

His face lit up even more, "wow! A deputy? I've never met any of the HorizonClan deputy's! Some day, I want to be a deputy, do you think I can do it? I know I can! See see! Watch this crouch!" He mewed, quickly striking into a low pouncing crouch. Before jumping back up, "so good right! SlothStep says i'm slow. But I don't think I am! I'm super speedy."

He sat proudly, chest puffed out and breathing heavily, those words were a lot to say in just a few breaths.

She smiled "wow,your much more chatty than any ridge clan cat Ive ever met" she meowed with a soft laugh."yea us totally awesome deputies keep a very low profile" she added sounding totally serious but mentally laughing her fur off.

"Got it! Super spy. FoxSpring to the rescue!" He mewed, crouching down again and slinking around in circles. "My mom said that she named me fox cause I looked like one- but my dad told me it was because I talked so much as a kit that I always sounded like a squeaky fox!" He mewed rapidly, hammering on for another minute about butterflies before pausing to take a large inhale of air- and to let the other cat speak.

"You definitely do chat a lot,not that I mind though" she said flicking an ear."I can agree butterflies are very pretty" she purred kindly.

(I wouldn't tolerate all this chatter but frost willlll XD)

"Yeah I- ooo ladybug!" He quickly ran off at the sight of the pristine red bug. Completely forgetting about the conversation (I in no way would either, but I just love talkative cats sm)
