CircusThey woke up.. Wait. They woke up? Weren't they just awake a moment ago? How did they fall asleep? They were so confused.. They heard a sound. Wait, where are they? They were in their.. home? They realized their eyes were closed, so they opened them. They were in front of a giant circus tent. That's new.. They looked around, nothing around them was familiar. Why wasn't anything familiar? What happened to them?? Suddenly, there was a giggling sound to their left. They quickly whipped their head around, seeing nothing, they were highly confused. The sound arose from the right, but when they looked again there was nothing. Frustrated they spun in a circle, nostrils flaring with their anger. "Who are you?? Show yourself!" They yelled, then covered their mouth, not noticing they could talk. Why wouldn't they be able to talk? They shook their head again as the giggling arose. "Who are you?" They repeated. The giggling finally was in front of them, revealing a person around 5'4, with short orange hair and red eyes. "Hello there! Are you here to join the circus my dear?" The person asked, tilting their head, smiling, the smile was a bit unnerving. "Um.. No? I just showed up here. I don't know what happened." They said, looking around nervously, wringing their hands together with their nerves. "Oh, then you should not be here. Shoo, shoo." The person said, pushing them away off to the side. "H-hey! I don't know this place! Can't you help me?" They asked hopefully, tilting their head. The person giggled, the creepy giggle that seemed to follow them. They shuddered hard from the sound of the chilling giggle. "I cannot help you my dear, you must figure out and do that for yourself." The person then seemed to realize that they didn't know their names. "My name is Orin." The person said, and after a moment of silence, nudged them to get their name. "O-oh.. Raya." The person gave a nod and pushed them. "Goodbye then Raya." Orin said as Raya's vision went dark. |

ShatteringLavender woke to the screams of battle, but there was no battle. The battle had ended a long time ago, but Lavender was trapped here. Unable to leave the scene and unable to run from the haunting sounds that followed her everywhere. "Another day of this torture.." She sighed deeply and stood, rubbing her ears as she went to try and find a gem that wasn't completely shattered like most of them. Until she finally did, recognizing them instantly. She grabbed the gem and went to the healing fountain, dipping the broken gem into the water and watching them get healed. "Blue Agate! You're ok!" Lavender hugs her friend tightly. "It's been so long! I miss you so much!" Lavender continued, not noting how Blue Agate backed away from Lavender. "Who are you and why are you touching me!!" Blue Agate finally screamed, making Lavender stumble back with wide eyes. "I-i.. y-you don't remember me?..." Lavender asked, mouth agape. Blue Agate shook their head. Lavender looked down, willing herself not to cry. "My.. My name is Pearl. It's nice to meet you." Lavender finally said, bowing to Blue Agate. Who was confused. "It's nice to meet you to?" Blue Agate said in a questioning tone. Lavender smiled sadly. "Goodbye" Lavender then walked away, leaving her old friend behind. |

StarsThe stars were bright against the dark night sky- Twinkling lights that seemed to draw you in. You feel if you were to tried hard enough you could reach out and touch them, listen hard enough and hear the song they give off. The beautiful hum that stirs inside you as you look up, watching the stars, hearing the stars, feeling the stars. They move and twist and make shapes, wonderful animals, people, and shapes. The colours swirling through your head as you watch, eyes wide, seeing the beautiful sight before your very eyes. Finally they swirl down, seeming to swirl around you, watching you, seeing how much you enjoy the gentle breeze they give as they circle, and finally return to the sky, twinkling, silent, beautiful. |

MemoriesThe memories crashed down, ocean waves relentlessly smashing into the rocks. Roaring scenes flashing by, sounds of horrible things replaying over and over. Until there is a comforting touch.. A soft voice.. A reassuring gesture.. A lover. A friend. A family member. Supporters. People who know how to help, know what to say and what to do, to help. After a breath, two, three, four. Another, two, three, four. And another, two, three four. Relaxation, the memories aren't gone. They never will be. They'll always lurk, waiting for the perfect moment when weakness appears. But they don't define. Memories do not shape. They will be hard. And they will make struggles happen sometimes. But they cannot hurt. Not anymore. Safe.. Calm.. Breath.. I'm here. |

Sea Salt Caramel SwirlA mop of curly hair popped up into your vision, the curls swirling from a gentle brown to a darker brown. Then the person popped up, waving to you. "You need to try this ice cream!! It's so good!!" They said, jumping up and down, holding a spoon of the ice cream to your lips. You are hesitant to try it but eventually you do, and you absolutely love it. "It's good right!!" They said, continuing to jump up and down. "Let's go eat it on the beach! We can watch the waves!!" They said, already walking backwards, you raise a hand in warning as they turn around, slamming right into the glass wall of the ice cream shop. You put your hand to your mouth as you double over in silent laughter. They pout, rolling their eyes and holding their ice cream away from them, which had somehow not spilled. "Hey!" They drug out the 'hey'. "Don't laugh at me! It wasn't funny!! Well- It wasn't that funny." They cross their arms while still pouting, but they smile after and get up, leading you to the nice beach as you two sit their eating the ice cream together. |

Need name idea pleaseBright lights, laughing, spinning. A carnival, happy, fun times, good memories. Then, darkness. Abandoned, sad, lost. The rides losing their spark, the people stopped coming long ago. Except for one, one person stayed, watching the rides spin with the wind instead of the mechanisms they were built on. Watching, remembering the happy memories, keeping the place alive. Not two years later it was back. Bright, happy, bustling. All because someone didn't leave, they believed in the thought it could become better and brighter. Be back to how it used to be. |
