Kari looked up at Hades, meeting her eyes for a moment before a small smile crept onto her beak. She nodded slowly, having no other idea how to respond, her feathers falling flat again. "…Alright. Thanks, boss." She offered a grin, then turned to glance pointedly at the hellhound's leg. "You were limping earlier… do you want something for your leg?" She looked just the slightest bit worried, and beyond that remained an even smaller sliver of guilt. |

"I'll be fine" The hellhound responded, clearly used to pain. Taking the magical tomb out of her handbag, she stood up and placed it back onto it's stand. "You wanna see if we can find a harder target?" |

The avian sinner didn't seem convinced, a slight frown on her face that twisted at the mention of finding a harder target. She, just for a second, looked like she was going to say no- but… Hades wasn't in perfect shape to be going alone, and Kari knew she wouldn't change her mind about going. Plus, she still felt guilty knowing she had technically caused the hellhound's injury. She sighed. "Alright, fine, but…" She rolled her sky-blue eyes, and on the way to follow Hades, she grabbed a fire extinguisher. "…you know how to use one of these, right?" |

"Hm, there are instructions on the thing" She pointed out, sitting back down and turning on her phone. It took a while to find a reasonably hard target, but when she did, the hellhound was eager. "Look. A dog mill owner, in the arctic. Should be fun" |

Kari blinked, her expression falling blank for a fraction of a second before she set the fire extinguisher aside, likely to hide the fact that she had no idea they came with instructions. Hey, she started fires, she didn't put them out. She inched closer to peer over Hades' shoulder at her phone, her eyes glimmering with interest. As the boss went on about their presumed next target, Kari glanced back and forth from the phone to Hades. She glanced once to the hellhound, then to the phone upon mention of dogs- to the hellhound again, then once more to the phone. "So," She said quietly, and as inconspicuously as possible,, "A dog mill, huh?" |

"You wanna go for this one, or another?" She asked, glancing back at Kari. The pain in her paw was slowly going away, so it wouldn't be a problem. Flicking her black, fluffy tail the leader stood up and looked out the large window that made up most of the wall. |

Kari considered the option, then nodded quite certainly. Admittedly, the idea worked out perfectly… in her head, at least. "Well, yeah!" She gestured wildly, "I mean, come on, the arctic? It couldn't be better! What could I possibly set on fire out there?" She sounded especially certain for a sinner in the Pride Ring, a place where everyone had to prove everyone wrong. |

"Hm. Well then, let's go! Remember, we don't want to draw attention. Just kill the target and leave, before others notice and we have to kill them to" She reminded Kari, then padded to grab the grimoire. Before taking it, the female grabbed her decorated pistol and placed it into the specialised holder the hellhound made. |

Kari chuckled, nodding and following along as the portal was opened again. Almost immediately, a cool chill invaded the air, and she shivered quite harshly, but found herself drawn to the cold temperatures of the arctic. She stepped out into the snow and ice, the flames on her wings dying out almost completely to the point that the black of her feathers was more visible than the fire. A smile grew on her face, and she fought the urge to dive into a particularly inviting pile of powdery snow. |

Padding into the arctic, the leader used her tail as extra warmth. "This way, I see the mill" She informed Kari, before starting to wade her way through the snow. It was thick, and there was huge amounts of it. |
