Slasher leaped easily into a low branch of a tree, taking his watch post and giving a slight nod to the wolf who he was relieving of his post. He dug his claws into the trunk, using its steadiness to ascend higher in the branches until he was near the top. He positioned himself so he was hidden, and he could watch the surrounding area.
