Oh, yeah, for the human, sorry. The Dragons will need names too, but you can also make up a reason why they wouldn't have names (maybe they just met their dragons, or they come from a region where riders don't name their dragons for whatever reason.)

Alrighty! She doesn't NEED to have a rider if you don't want her to have one, she can just be a wild dragon. If you want her to, though, you can make a viking character that lives in the village! Just because I made the place doesn't mean you can't have OCs that live there already :P

You could do something like Spirit the horse where she's still wild but visits the viking and forms a close bond with her? Y'know like when ya feed a stray
