In the middle of the frozen arctic ocean, there lies a large island, beaten down by the frigid wind and water but always managing to survive. Despite the biting winds, the labyrinthine tors still stand tall and strong, sheltering its vein-like fissures from the harshness of the land. It's this deep network of cracks and caverns that conceals a rare bloodline of wolves and their culture. Once, this land was home to a species of ancient wolf, larger and stronger than wolves of the modern age, with terrifying long tusks and fangs. The other wolves feared them, uniting with the other packs to drive them into the ocean or kill them until they believed they had eliminated the threat. Peace returned to the island, and the ancient wolves became nothing more than an old legend to scare pups into behaving. Unbeknownst to them, an endling survived deep in the caverns of the tors, a young female who bode her time and grew strong in secret. She resented the other wolves for culling her friends and kin, but knew that the fate of her kind rested on her creating a new pack. Tempering her anger, she ventured from the safety of the caves, seeking out other wolves to join her. She could never truly undo the pain of the past, but she could create something new. ⋆⁺｡˚⋆˙‧₊☽ ◯ ☾₊‧˙⋆˚｡⁺⋆ Rules General Rules - Pack must live in Tundra or Glacier biomes - Dice will be rolled at certain stages to test their strength/loyalty. If they fail, they are sent away/chased - If a wolf has special colors or markings, these must be explained in lore somehow - Wolves become mentors and "retire" at 7 years - All wolves given a note to discern them at a glance Note breakdown: ☆1-☯️-SM-Storm-4M-F-🍂 Gen-Personality-BaseGenTier-Base-#Markings-Gender-Pairbond ☆ = Alpha Line A = Adopted (no inbreeding allowed) ☯️🔥⭐❤️ Alphas - Must be female - Must be related to original alpha, Amorolai - All Alphas must be given Cryptid Fangs (what proves them as Dire Wolves) - All Alphas must have White Blaze in Slot 10 (mark of the Chosen) - All Alphas will be stored in Dynasty - Alphas and founding pack members become gods or other important figures in the pack's lore Naming - Names made up or chosen from HERE - Wolves joining the pack are given a new name, either 2 or 3 syllables - Pups are named using one syllable from either of their parents' names - Wolves earn more syllables for their name through great deeds (passing assessments, role change, high levels, lore) Breeding Males - Cannot be of Alpha Line (prevents inbreeding and spreading of heritage) - Must be Tier 3 or Tier with as many markings as possible (special/attractive) Pups/Breeding - No Inbreeding Allowed - Only one pup from each litter may be kept to keep population down; the rest are chased as pups - Wolves may only mate to their pairbond or breeding male; no outside breeding allowed - Pairbonds are chosen to maximize possible markings and highest tier bases	TheNerdyBirdy #12324

Rules

Lore

General

- The fissures that the pack currently reside in are said to be endless. It's said that following it all the way to the end brings you to a different realm…

- There are images on the walls of the cavern. Nobody is sure where they came from or who made them… Could they be a prophecy? Amorolai and the pack have started added their own touches to the drawing to help record the pack's history.

- The colorful waves of light that sometimes appear in the sky are said to be their ancestors trying to howl to them. The sound can't reach them, so they howl together and use the lights to let their kin know they're watching over them.
