Pups that die in birth in dynasty + miscarry/infertility illness

I'm not sure why pups that die from not being nested don't show up. It would make nesting more painful to see what could have been, and you can dynasty a pup if you really like it. It's not like it was a miscarry, they carried to term so there would be a body.

On second thought, it could be a potential "lethal" illness that if you don't cure your pregnant wolf of it it can make them miscarry. That's a whole separate idea though. Or ones that cause infertility until you cure it.

Or what if the illness causes possible puppy loss during pregnancy/upon delivery OR increases the chance of getting a random mutation (3%) or lethal (2%). That would make illnesses a risky strat for pregnancy sort of like how fleas are for studs!

Agree for the most part, but miscarry or miscarriage and cool should not be in the same sentence.

Thank you for changing it

I mean cool as in interesting, just like the other lethal illnesses in this game. Just like how it was really fascinating and engaging in the Coigreach event we are currently playing if you choose not to sacrifice your own pups to get a specific base. Maeve giving her pups up is incredibly sad but also makes for a heart-twisting tale. Wolvden's always been pretty dark with the realism. I still think a miscarriage illness could be a good potential addition to the game since not nesting is sort of already akin to that since they aren't in Dynasty/don't exist.

I get your point tho so I changed the wording in the post. I sympathize with everyone that has also gone through such a horrid ordeal .

I think this could help with reducing inbreeding (inbred wolves have higher chance of being infertile or losing pups) and maybe with the terribly high number of pups (at least until enclave gets some improvement)

I agree! The market is super oversaturated as is O.O . Tbh idrc about inbreeding (it's not real life, though I don't inbreed wolves myself) but making inbred wolves lose fertility could be interesting.
