Would you guys believe I've been stuck at 99% exp for level 11 literally all day because every time I try to battle to get the last SLIVER I lose all my hp due to bad RNG and die

Because that's how my lead's day has been

Collapses to my knees I just want to get to level 15 is that too much to ask

RNG is a bully. It's laughing at you right now while it blesses others right in front of you. Frostbite is clearly doomed to be the weakest to live, doomed to always be level 11 at 99%, just because RNG said so.
