"Now back to my story, he tried destroying me." Silver sighs. "The Mark's on my back were made by him." He said. "I had to fight him, because, I knew the truth, and he knew it. I don't know why he went for my mother, then my father." He choked on his sobs, and buried his head into her fur.

Lusserina looked to her paws as the pup cried into her fur. She didn't know what to say to this information. A pup, scarred and blamed for the deaths of his packmates. A wolf banished and said to be cursed. Her pack had its moments, but compared to them, her pack was full of sunshine and rainbows.

"I'm sorry that this has happened," she said. "To both of you."

But the pup wanted them to start their own pack? Could she do that? Just leave her sister and friends behind? They were all adults now, and leaving the pack wasn't an unknown thing--plenty had done it, and plenty more would. But she had been born in that pack, raised and loved in it.

Surely her alpha wouldn't mind two strays tagging along with her, right? That old woman was soft-hearted, even if she never admitted it. And even then, her sister would be taking over the position of alpha one day. Even if the current alpha said no, her sister wouldn't turn her down.

"If we don't form a pack between the three of us, we can always join mine," she said after a while. And then she started rambling. "If you want. It's a bit on the larger side, but I think that means you can just blend in better, if you don't want to stand out. There's a whole bunch of personalities, too, so you're bound to find your group sooner or later."

But if they didn't want to join her pack... Could she really leave them behind?

Her own heart was softer than she'd thought. 		Nuff

Silver looks up at  her. "Anything." He said sobbing slightly. "I just want to be part of one again." He buried his face again into her fur. "I want my mother back." His voice muffled by her fur. "All I want is my mother."

Rebel choked on his own breath. A pack? And to add on, a big one? He didn't know if he could do it. What if it's the same pack that banished me? What if all they see is a cursed wolf?
Rebel stared at the ground, battling with his mind.

But I have been a little lonely.

Lusserina nodded slightly. She didn't know what to feel. She'd gotten lost on a hunt and now she's picked up a stray, maybe even two, if Rebel decides to join them. She'd figured she was going to die, when she was first lost and alone in the cold, rainy night. This hadn't been what she'd been expecting at all.

"Right then," she said. "If you're willing, we can head out at first light. The only problem will be finding them, considering I have no idea where we are right now..." 		Nuff

Rebel finally spoke. "I don't know, what if they reject me?" He said, looking straight at Lusserina, his eye sparkled in the moonlight that had shown for only a moment.

I'm just a nothing, why would a big pack want another mouth to feed?

Lusserina thought for a moment before speaking. "It's doubtful that they'd reject you. We've had plenty of wolves of all kinds in the pack before. From bubbly and friendly to stoic tough guys. Even so, what's the harm in asking? I doubt they'd attack you even if they said no."

They owed her that much, to hear her out. And if they said no, well, then they weren't the wolves she thought they were, and Lusserina wouldn't want anything to do with them anyway. 		Nuff

Silver nods. "If he doesn't join, I'm not saying that he won't, I will join." He said cuddling closely. "I need someone to be like a mother to me."

Lusserina nodded. "Alright then. At first light we can begin orienting ourselves and figuring it out from there."

Maybe she should begin searching for her sister first? Aluria had sway with the Alpha as her apprentice and as next in line to take over. It shouldn't be too difficult. Her sister's hunting party often hunted in the deciduous forest region, which should be on the way to their pack's lands. Lusserina was an excellent stalker and she knew her sister's scent. She could find her easily, so long as the rain let up.

Well. She could figure it out in the morning. 		Nuff
