A brown-speckled mare stood in the clearing. Her ruffled mane shone in the sunlight.
The mare dipped her broad head, taking in a mouthful of grass. It's such a quiet day, she thought, glancing at the horizon ahead.

Ghosts tail swished behind her watching a hawk screeching fly across the sky.

Shockwave pranced around, antagonizing a mare who apstarted chasing him. "You fucking brat!" She snapped, mad beyond her wits.
Shock found it funny, running all over the place.

She trots up the mountain, curious about where she was as she was lost and didnt exactly know where her herd was at. She knew that foals could get mauled by predators or trampled by stallions who kill foals who arent their own but she hoped that she would be fine in whatever herd found her.
