Ember stalked through the trees stopping at a pool of blood.hmm must of moved she then started towards the strongest scents and drips of blood.

She stalked through some brush sniffing the air whenever she lost the blood drops. She paused at the sound of movement her tail swishing against the grass

The hours it had been since Innis had collapsed felt like minutes, almost seconds, in the dark sleep she had fallen into. It was an odd feeling, her body that had been drained of the red, necessary liquid, began to replenish in her barely alive body.

She started feeling, thinking, and hearing. It was all a scramble, like a puzzle that needed to be put together. She felt warmth, a comfortable feeling she had sought for.
Innis cracked her eyes open gingerly, still feeling somewhat dizzy and weak. It came in a sudden realization to her that she was not where so had fallen, although it was a sight better.

The first thing she saw was light from a fire (?), not a big one, but it kept her frail self warm.

Innis knew someone, or something, had helped her, but had no memory whatsoever.
She looked over to see a person crouched over something, and her heart thumped, unsure of what to do.

Embers head poked into where light from, fire? Hit her face and eyes momentarily blinding her slightly. She crouched there blinking for a moment then licked her muzzle at the scent of blood. She couldn't SEE any kills of prey, perhaps the human on the ground was hurt?

Not seeming to notice Innis was awake, Saege continued what she was doing. She seemed somewhat frustrated with it. After an agitated sigh, she stood up and stretched after putting the thing down. It looked to be a type of weapon, crudely crafted with different bits of wood, string, and stone.

She turned, intending to check on Innis, noticing that she was awake. "Oh... Uhm.." She didn't seem to know what to say, not exactly the best at human interaction, she cursed at herself, "Hello."

(Bwahaha, Innis is like *weak exhale* wtf?)

Innis glanced at the awful attempt at a weapon, he heart pumping so hard she could hear it through her ears. Without a word, just staring, she reached in one of her sleeves, cussing mentally when her pocket knife was not felt.

Innis stared, hard eyed, trying not to look utterly terrified.

Saege just paused, noticing how bad her making a weapon might look. At an awkward attempt to make Innis feel safer, she asked, "How does your arm feel..? I might need to clean it again, or would you rather do that yourself..?"

She made a move to grab the larger bowl, the smaller one already having a poultice ready. A small metal bucket was over the fire with water inside of it. "I can make a tea to help the pain, if it's bad..?"

Innis just lay there (XD), trying to unscramble the words in an eligible manner. She flinched when she remembered her arm, staring at the crude bandage that wrapped it tightly.

Innis looked back, her mouth sorta hung open before she spoke. "Thanks, I'll take, tea." She said, a little suspicion cracker in her tone.

Ember crouched watching closely, she circled around the area eyeing the seemingly injured human.maybe they got fooood? she questioned in her head.

She inched closer slipping fully out of the brush. She didn't exactly trust these humans, but what could they do? Bite her? Well always good to be safe right?

She sniffed the air catching the scent of something though she couldn't tell if it was edible. She almost smelled metal, and fire, but nothing edible.

Saege just nodded, walking over to the bundle that she'd pulled the herbs out of before. This time pulling out a few new herbs, placed them into a bowl, grinding them up with something that looked like the end of a club. Once they were somewhat of a powder-like substance, she poured it into a fabric bag-like thing, that in modern-day technology would look like a tea diffuser.

"I've put ginger, clove, eucalyptus, and peppermint in this, the mints should cover up the other flavors, but it's mostly supposed to be a painkiller." She said, grabbing a clay-like cup and dipping it into the bucket, placing the bag into it to soak, walking over to Innis, and setting the cup down next to her.
