"Sleekstar." He started and looked down at his apprentice with a soft smile. "That's incredibly lucky being named by the leader." Sunpaw She closed her eyes and breathed in deeply before opening her eyes. "A lot of moss, Petrichor," She started and noted the damp earth under her paws. "Pine, and I think that's either mouse or vole." She finished, remembering the scents from the fresh-kill pile. |

"Excellent, we're just passing by the BlazeClan border, do you smell anything unfamiliar? See anything? Hear anything?" She meowed, tail flicking as they continued to walk, she enjoyed the interactive teaching. (I don't know what borders echoclan shares, I'm just guessing) |

Lionstorm stopped walking and turned to face Stormpaw, his eyes shone with grief and sadness. "She...She died shortly after birth. I'm sorry Stormpaw." He mewed softly and leaned forward to touch his muzzle to his head. Sunpaw She wrinkled her nose as a scent hit her nose, it wasn't terribly unpleasant but it wasn't great either. "Ugh is that Blazeclans scent?" She asked. She knew she was being a little dramatic though the scent was pretty strong. |

"That smell is distracting me, sorry." She meowed and tried to focus on the sounds instead of the smells. "There's almost no wind, the sky is pretty dark though clear so there's less a chance of rain tonight." She observed feeling proud of herself. As a kit she had sat and listened to the apprentices and warriors talk and learned a lot. Lionstorm "She's probably looking over you right now." Lionstorm reassured, his tail tip on the young toms shoulder. "I bet she already knows that your going to be a great warrior someday." |
