Taiga still checked Whisper over, having started to not trust the words because of other fuckheads (Rex) who lie. "Alright, good.." She kept her voice calm, looking back at the pack, only to notice Rex watching them with a slight grimace as if he hated cats, though she didn't, far from hating them. Her ears twitch, tail brushing against Velvet, who growls and nips her tail as a response
Whisper shook herself off again sitting down choosing to stay cat mode because aw come on she gets to be a cat! Her head turned and she stared straight at Rex for a moment then each wolf. so this is the whole pack she thought tilting her head.
Taiga watches Whisper before moving, going off to find more herbs and such. Spike was quick to move closer to Whisper, just in case, he knew how Rex and Fern could get.. He was grumpy, like always, but calm. "A small wolf pack with a fox, sounds like a joke." He didn't care how he sounded, how his voice sounded aggressive and mean. Rex was watching Whisper like a hawk, studying all movements and how she looked and sounded
whisper glanced at Spike momentarily then blinked back at Rex trying to decide if the girl was plotting to kill her or something. ironic she mused stretching out and smoothening out her ruffled fur trying to act unbothered by everything.
Spike pauses, looking between Whisper and Rex. "She ain't gonna hurt you. I mean unless you hurt one of us or herself, then probably. Her bark is a lot worse than her bite.." He smirks as he spoke, only to have a rock thrown at his head by Rex who was glaring at him. "Shut it, old man!" She yells with a shriek
Whisper flinched but stared at Rex with a mix of wariness and mild Admiration. "dang, shes mean, in a, fun way" she whispered mostly to herself her head tilted to the side.
"The amount of insults she knows is crazy. No clue how a dumb fox could know them." He shrugs, not even reacting when another rock was thrown. Rex makes a noise similar to gekkering, almost screaming at Spike to square up even though she knew she would lose against him.
whisper blinked at them both before turning human instead and rather aggressively smacking her hair out of her face. "sounds like sage" she mused debating sending a message to said friend about her "Disappearance"
"Does it now?" Spike almost laughs. Though this time he growls and moves to snap at Rex after she throws a rather hurtful insult his way. He takes a step towards her, just as she gets up and is ready for a fight. But, Taiga appeared at the right moment. She drops the herbs from her mouth, scolding the two just how a mother would. "This is disappointing. Spike, I expected more, you're older. If she pisses you off, ignore her and walk away. And Rex, don't go starting fights you can't handle. Spike would have your ass on the ground in seconds." They didn't mind Whisper being now not so cat like, what happened, happened.
Whisper was now kinda, inching backwards halfway to just, dipping, why? perhaps the amount of living things, perhaps the hostility, who knows. hmmm, might just dip.. she mused, how ironic, someone who could rip up a bunch of stuff chooses to be a cat instead, crazy, so crazy, well, maybe not that crazy.
(forgot to reply to that- but yea whisper catches feelings fast, just doesn't really, allow herself to feel them)
