This was a blast to draw. I finally got out of art block and was really drawn to the patterns and wanted to experiment - I love practicing with getting more complicated wolves, and darker wolves are just so pretty :]

i was so shocked to see his name, but oh my goodness he is GORGEOUS, i love the attention brought to his eyes + the lidded gaze, being the big flirt he is thank you SO much, he looks SO AMAZING :DDD you captured him so well!!

edit as to not clog your thread: AHH i'm SO happy that you love him!! i knew i wanted some kind of fur extension on him and those tufts (my first time seeing them as well, i believe) worked better than everything else, and with the alert ears too :D thank you SO much again!!!

I am a HUGE fan of the long cheek fluffs he's got and couldn't help myself!! He was the first I planned to do the second I saw him actually but it took forever before I dragged myself out of that block. ^^' I'm so flattered, and glad you like it! He's so pretty agh

ohh man this guy was a little challenging but VERY fun! There's all of these really subtle details in the face markings that I spent quite a while working on(and tbh didn't end up keeping most of it since it looked too cluttered in the end). I am a sucker for split patches, and the contrast with his lighter markings are just lovely!
