I don't take deadlines for my commissions. Due to the nature of my job, I don't have much free time. If you're purchasing your commission as a gift (e.g. a birthday), you can mention the date you need it by and I'll try my best to accommodate.
I'll try and keep you updated on your commission progress. You're free to ask for updates, though I won't tolerate rudeness.
Commissions are paid for up-front. If I cannot finish a commission, I will issue a refund dependent on how much I have completed.
You're free to message me about any mistakes or issues you encounter with your commission as long as it isn't too long after - I don't keep my files for very long so I won't be able to make edits if you don't tell me within a timely fashion.
I hold the right to deny any commission for any reason.
