Capable's small exp boost? (Study?)

I'm not sure if this is the right board for this topci or how to go about this really. And I haven't found another like it? But let me know if someone has already figured it out. I wanna know how much of a small boost the Capable personality has. So. I guess I'll slap my exp history in here. Feel free to help out!

I have no idea what all info I need for this. But. Here's this:

1.) Won a battle against a level 3 Arctic Wolf and got +71 EXP! [Lead was Lvl 5 - Capable]
2.) Won a battle against a level 2 Arctic Wolf and got +52 EXP! [Lead was Lvl 5 - Capable]
3.) Won a battle against a level 2 Arctic Wolf and got +53 EXP! [Lead was Lvl 5 - Arrogant]
4.) Won a battle against a level 3 Arctic Wolf and got +66 EXP! [Lead was Lvl 5 - Arrogant]
5.) Won a battle against a level 2 Arctic Wolf and got +54 EXP! [Lead was Lvl 5 - Capable]

Well it seems there's more to exp gain than personality and lvl.....
