Aurora quickly nosed his paw, licking the wound to try to help it heal. "Mmm it's pretty bad you shouldn't walk on it for a while. Let me take you to a free den.. Uh well I mean are you ok walking on it first?"

He winced as she licked it. "It does hurt, but I think I can." He said his voice filled with pain. He struggled to stand, after a few unsuccessful attempts he sighs and looks at the ground.

"Mmm nevermind. I'll find somewhere else to rest tonight. It's best that you focus on healing up! Howl for me if you need me." She quickly rose up, searching for a free nest in the den.

He nods sighing under his breath. He closed his eyes sadly and fell asleep. About midnight he started to whimper from a nightmare. He woke up with a yelp.
