 Woke up to this surprise this morning! I haven't decided if I'm going to keep him or not. I'm still fairly new to the game, so I'm not sure what he would go for. Any thoughts? (link) |

first of all, congrats on the pretty puppy!! :O truly a gorgeous mutie  i went ahead and looked up polycephaly pups on the TC for reference. that's always where i start for pricing insights! the first trade, a G2 T1 pup with 6M, is being offered 150 GC and a mottled MoD! then, similar to your pup, there is a G4 T1 with 4M (3 being T6). this pup is unique, being the one and only polycephaly pup with doubloon orca, which adds to the price for those interested in those kind of things. the buyout for the trade is 2,000 GC, and the trade has 8 watchers (unsure how many of those would be interested in buying, though). now, what about your pup? he's a G4, which i believe is great for a mutie! i'm not sure how people go about generations and muties, but i feel like a lot don't care as long as the line isn't 10+ish, at least that's how i view it. he is also not inbred, which a lot of people steer clear of, but there are also some who are impartial to it. the most impressive aspect to me, though, is the fact that he has five markings, and they're ALL T6!! i'm a big fan of those kinds of markings, and i know a lot of others are, as well. personally, i believe he has the best markings out of all of the polycephalies on the TC right now. those things in itself would make him worth a lot, i believe! however, you could always boost his price by giving him a base or eye applicator (i'd suggest something natural to go with his markings), or you can leave those alone if you don't want to spend the materials/currency and just let the purchaser edit him (personally, i would leave him be, because he looks wonderful with his current base and eyes!). you could also add a background, decor, and/or custom decor!! you could also edit the opacities of his markings to make him pop more (i could try and help with a design if you wish ). also, make sure to buy an immortality slot and immortalize him!!!!! i currently have 3 immortalizing jellyfish in my hoard, and i would love to give one to you if you need, especially since an immortality slot is already 10 GC :,) so, how much would he go for? well, i think it depends on what you're looking for! i don't expect you to know all of the things you'd like, as you stated you're still fairly new, so i could definitely help with figuring that out as well. personally, i would love to accept a mixture of GC + a MoD, like the offer on the first polycephaly i mentioned. i know that other people would love a lot of event or crafted applicators as payment. i'd suggest picking valuable items that you'd either keep to use in the future, or plan on reselling for more currency :D as a rough estimate, i likely wouldn't accept anything less than 1,000 GC in combined items/pure currency, based on the other ones i saw on the TC. maybe even closer to the 2,000 GC range? i would love to hear insight from other people as well, since i've never gotten a mutie on my own, and this is all information i'm keeping in mind for myself if i'm ever lucky enough to get one

 A jellyfish would be very helpful T-T I'm still getting my footing funds wise and keeping this kind of baby alive is not cheap LOL. If you have design suggestions I would love to see! There's no pressure though, I think he's beautiful as is too  These big numbers are looking very tempting. I'm going to sit on him for a bit while deciding probably! He is descended from my lead (first wolf I made) so he is a bit sentimental but I am thinking about the future with getting a MoD for my next stud. It's a big decision to make for sure.  i just sent the jellyfish over! and goodness, i knowww how hard the currency ordeal is  if i was in a more comfortable spot, i would love to send you the 10 GC over right now — if i'm able to make some more through trades or such in the next few days, i'll come back here and ask how much you need :Dhere's a small design i made for him! i changed the opacities of his auburn inverted cross to 100%, his ducat shaded to 50%, and his deira socks to 50% (3 GC total)! i also gave him white trim to lighten up his grey chest (honestly, if you hide the marking it still looks fine! you can get it through a marking applicator (5 GC)) and bone eyes. (fairly easy to craft in my opinion, i can help you with the bone remnants if you need, but i am short on spores at the moment! i'd suggest a free crafting service like Carrie's!) and yessss, they are honestly so tantalizing  like i could NEVER imagine having GC over 300 (the highest i've gotten was high 200s), nonetheless in the thousands? wow!!! but yes, MoDs are just as amazing!! if you could get a high number of GC and a MoD (make sure to put your favorite/most preferred one(s) in the trade bio), that would honestly be amazing :DD i'll only ever use MoDs for studs. this past black friday, i got two through trades with 100 GC, lots of SC, apps, rare backgrounds, etc. each, so being able to get one so much easier would be amazing  but honestly, i LOVE decorating wolves!!! i would 100% be up to helping you find a background for the baby, as well as decor and custom decor even! just let me know what you'd like to do (and if you would like me to help, just give me a certain "theme" you'd like! natural, deity-like, a certain color, etc)

 the little guy is all safe and sound! I'm trying to decide on a cute set of names for him :)The black friday rush sounds crazyyy I heard from my close friends how the market for MoDs goes wild, it would be nice to be able to skip that yeah ToT it's still so weird to just have woken up and gotten an opportunity to make so much in one fell swoop! I never expected it to happen to me, much less only a few months into playing. I loooove the white chest idea, it brightens him up so much! I might add a tail tip to match, he'd be so cute I like wolves that have colors that blend together with little accents like that, I think they're so stunning!I've been messing around with backgrounds a little, I think the autumnal ones suit him very well! I just moved away from the deciduous forest the other week but I'm wishing I hadn't, because Autumn Fog looks perfect on him  his reds and oranges on the obsidian base match so well with the dark atmosphere  The list of accessories is so intimidating but it's a fun project to go through them all and then see how attainable a design would be... If you have ideas I'd love to see! I've been on and off doing weekend chores but am excited to sit down and work on it for real

and YES- the more popular MoD, zerdava, was going for upwards 1,000 pure GC i was actually baffled, i've NEVER seen that before but right?? i can't imagine the little squeal i'd let out if i went through my pups and saw a mutie baby right there, especially one with traits such as yours :OOO ugh i'd run to tell my best friend IMMEDIATELY HAHA i'm super glad you like it!! and oh my goodness, YES! please do put that cute white tail tip on him, it actually looks so cute on him!! :D and ugh i love gorgeous natural wolves, especially ones with markings that blend like you said and work perfectly together oooooh, i could get the autumn fog background for you!! i've been thinking of moving to the rainforest, but i think i'll do that at the end of my lead's reign, as a kind of fresh feeling for my new lead :o but yeah! i could buy one and make a private trade for the typical 1,000 SC if you'd like, or i could give you one with 4 uses i already have! :D and ahhh yes!! i love decor, but there's just so many of them i do have a certain few i love a ton, so i can get on my computer or laptop at some point and do some exploring for you!! ugh this is SO exciting for you, i'm so happy to be helping, whether you decide to keep him or not!!

design one design two design three also, for names, i typically end up translating different words in random languages (mainly latin + japanese)! i also love turning to different types of gods and deities, and also unique names in nature (like moth species names, some kind of plants, flowers, etc)!!! |

if you can grab the background that would be great! A normal trade for 1000 sc works for me :)I was thinking about bird names possibly... there's so many good ones it can be hard to pick  I should have one by today though!

i'm super glad you like them!!! :DD i was literally just going through some decor i already knew about, and then the other two were from me going through my own decors in my hoard and throwing them together + random ones i'll make a private trade now! |
