Raccoon Wares Update

We're adding 13 backgrounds and 78 decors to Raccoon Wares!

Some time ago, the community voted for more seasonal/weather-based decors.  We've been working on them, and finally managed to finish a good, balanced bunch!

In each biome, you can find one variable decor that will show up in a specific season.  For example, "Bald Cypress Tree [Autumn]" will only appear in the Swamp biome during the Autumn season in-game.

There is also a background available in each biome depending on if it is Winter!
