"Yes it's an honor, i say that because I want to be polite." He said sitting up and watching her movement closely. "To answer your question earlier, yes Solara. I am a wolf, just larger then normal. What are you doing alone?" He asked his gaze softened.

Solara contemplated her answer momentarily while padding a paw at the ground absent minded, it wasn't often that she reflected on why she's where she is now, and it was even less often that people took the time to prompt her about it.

"Well.. it's not exactly interesting like your answer, but I suppose it wouldn't be fair to go silent when you've answered all my questions"

Her voice lowered slightly and hummed reminiscently, she brought her paws closer to her chest and spread her dainty dark wings to fan the ground slowly

"I don't quite remember why but I never really knew anybody, I didn't know my family or anyone else for that matter, So I don't usually let others invade my space either, it's a bit boring but it kept me alive, so I like to travel alone, and that's my side….. uh, what was your name again?"

She tilted her head slightly

He chuckled. "I said my name is Silverstripe, but please call me silver." He lowered his head and brought a paw to his chest.

"Silver-stripe.. Silver"

She tested the name slowly in just a quiet mumble, then bounded up, flapping her wings once before folding them up on her back as she landed steady on her feet and waved her tail to dust the dirt off her flank

"Alright well, I'm rather hungry after all that conversation so I think I might go for a quick run, look around for prey and all that jazz… though you really don't have to come along you know"

She began to pad off briskly, following the trail of sun spilling through the leaves to venture towards the grassy plains that she was initially napping in, though she didn't show it she was trying to convince herself she still wanted him to just go away, even if that wasn't fully true anymore.

He hopped and hovered his large pure silver wings reflecting the sun. He followed on silent wings, only he can hear. He watched the activity down below. He suddenly flipped upside down and dove. He smiled and landed on a dear. He killed it quickly. He looks up and hopped, hovering with the dear in his mouth.  He flew to her and placed the deer down after he landed. "Got a dear, as you can see." He chuckled.

She lowered her head slightly and stared at the deer, seeming to internally wonder if it was even real and laying right in front of her.

"How did you-… you know what. Fine, make's sense"

She then effortlessly hopped over the deer and continued down her initial path, y accepting of handouts as she saw herself to be so capable on her own.

"I'm willing to bet I can catch something bigger though, and uh… and I won't even use my wings!"

As the tree's begun to be fewer her stride sped up and she sprinted down the brief hill and into the expanse of field land, she was taking the run in leisure while embracing the sun on her fur and the wind on her face.

Beginning to slow down she lowered her nose to the grass and searched out for any remarkable scents, she was determined to be a better hunter even if she Was less than half his size!

He chuckled and followed closely without her knowing. He watched her. He crouch and sprints ahead leaving her behind, his long legs gaining quickly until he came to a river that was just further then a normal wolf jump. He didn't use his wings and never broke stride as he jumped over the river. He landed and caught up with a elk easily dispatching it.

She huffed in frustration and stopped in her tracks, turning to look elsewhere she caught sight of a rabbit, that simultaneously caught sight of her, after staring at each other for a moment Solara leaped forward into a full sprint as the rabbit twisted to turn and flee.

She opened her wing's to hold air as she ran before quickly pulling them back when remembering the bet, the rabbit turned a corner but she turned faster and caught it in the middle,

She held it in her jaws and raised her head up, heaving from the lack of breath when she noticed Silver and his massive find…

"Oh come on!"
She grumbled loudly, exclaiming the grievance while the small animal she caught limply dropped to the ground.

"Sorry oh, wait there's a moose, go for it." He said. He sat looking at the ground. "I'm sorry."

Solara looked over past the expanse of field land and just sighed while her ears pointed back, there was a moose.. it was pretty large

"I'm not capable of catching a whole moose on my own, that's pack business, if I even had the stamina to catch something like that it could kick me once and I'd surely die!"

She sat back on her haunches slowly and just shook her fur before removing some of the dirt with her muzzle, she glanced up at him occasionally.. then spoke up

"Don't be sorry… it's not like it's your fault being huge is substantially more useful than being dainty like me"

She raised her paws up to her chest and showed off her figure while extending her lightweight wings. Not so subtly
