Found a selunia base in matchmaking!  Posting this cause, if I know my wolvden history well enough, the Selunia base wasn't introduced until AFTER last year's matchmaker event.

I know it doesn't actually matter, since it's fictional wolves and not real dates, but it's kind of disappointing to me that we can't guarantee certain gender options for the dateable wolves. I kinda wish Eranthis asked about our wolf's preferences as well as our gender. So far, all four of the dateable wolves available to me are female. I'm a gay male and I like to headcanon my lead wolf as being the same, but I either have to go on these dates or miss out on the event currency. Neither is an option I like, especially considering I love the trans colored applicators and don't want to miss out on them. :/

Voted no in the poll as you would have to wait another year for the chance to unlock an NPC with your storyline choice. With complex story trees like Ashen Oath, maybe this would take a long time? However, I kinda like the idea of your choices in the event storylines interacting with other things like unlocking extra dialogue. For example, if you chose to go with Lorcan in the Coigreach event, then maybe you already have hearts unlocked.

Is there any chance in the future, similar to lioden, we'll be able to fully disable events?
It's incredibly irritating and a little unfair to have to just...not be active for an entire month, in order to avoid something that's extremely uncomfortable.
Also- do you get currency from things like foraging/scouting/hunting/explore? Because I'm avoiding doing any, since I don't want to amass stuff that'll never be used...

The entirety of the event is uncomfortable for me. I absolutely HATE the concept of matchmaking, and I really dislike/avoid valentine's day/romance themes overall.
I know that's a 'me' issue, due to personal experiences, but for a contrasting example: I don't have any issue with the intense horror themes in the halloween/cryptid events (I love them), whilst I'm sure others avoid them/are uncomfortable.

Ah, mood. I was in the same boat several years ago (really bad experience with romance as a whole), so I get the feeling. I hope -if you're going through anything or dealing with anything- that things get easier! Even if you're not romantic (I certainly am not!), I hope you find peace of mind ^^

Thanks, I appreciate it. In all honesty, It's not a mentality that'll ever shift, since part of it is intrinsic, but yeah- I'm hoping things start looking up, eventually.
