Eyelids cracking open, I gazed tiredly around, noting it was still a few hours till dawn. Groaning, I burrowed closer to Lakewing, pressing myself against her and resting my muzzle on her shoulder. I havent been able to relax like this in moons

Oakear yawned and stood stretching, his whole body quivering. He looked up at the sky, as he sat down. He then looked at the ground, pinning his ears back sadly.

Nova paw+Lynx

The young she padded along next to her companion, they had been walking for wayyyy to long, but no way did Nova paw want to stop, she had such a strong feeling that she was SO close, like she would round a corner and see her whole clan resting somewhere, or one of her clan mates hunting!

"Nova paw! Don't you think we should take a break? Before my paws fall off?" Lynx meowed, slowing slightly. "But we must be so close!" Nova paw replied her tail twitching in mild distress. "You say that every time, now let's find a spot to rest for a bit, I'm hungry, and I bet you are to" they huffed, lynx had become an older sister figure, so Nova paw only grumbled but nodded in unhappy agreement.
