He nods. "That will." He glanced around. "We're too exposed and too exhausted to protect ourselves for long, we need somewhere to sleep." He sighs shaking his fur, glancing at his clan mates, and his gaze landed on inky'orchid. |

inkyorchid she padded forward, her mouth open, panting with her eyes down. she heard cats talking faintly off to the side of her. her paws ached, and when she realized the cats were motionless, conversing in a small huddle, she allowed herself to collapse to the ground, lying on the cool earth to catch her breath. |

(Let's pretend he already left  )I narrowed my eye, trotting through the tall grass of the forest. Just because I had only one eye left didn't mean that I didn't have an eagle's sight. At least Hickorystar still sees that I'm not as worthless as the other's think... I grumble, stopping. There was a cluster of large trees to my flank, perfect for making nests in the roots. I raised my paws to make claw marks on the trees, so I'd remember them before racing back to Hickorystar. "Hickorystar." I say, panting slightly. "I found some big trees that would be great for putting nests in the roots for the night." I sit down, licking my side before adding, "I can take anyone who feels up to it hunting, too. I'm used to not getting much sleep." He glanced at Hickorystar. |
