seriously i had to pay 70gc to replace my starter wolf that I was FORCED to crown... it was junk as all starter wolves are...as I said I was forced to crown it so its a lil stupid im forced to pay 70gc to recrown a new one.. 20 then 25 then another 25 to set it as breeding male... This fee really needs to either be waived or drastically reduced as i am sure it is a major turn off to new players.. makes me wanna quit.. it would not be an issue if you were not forced to crown it... but you are forced to do it |

it would be nice if you could get 1 free recrown as a starter account |

You were forced to what? Do you mean your lead wolf? Because you don't need to retire him early. There is not much you can't do with a leadwolf since everything that you need the lead wolf for is pretty much unrelavant to stats or markings. So I don't really get why you are so upset? |

i was forced to crown a starter wolf... then since ive played a bit i got a much more desireable wolf... however to crown it.. it cost me 70gc... which isnt right since i was forced to crown the starter wolf... |

you mean setting a breeding male, correct? |

No @Xauri I don't think they do since you are not forced to set a breeding male. The one you set for the tutorial us "unset" at the end of the quest. |

Well i wanted to replace my starter king.. so i had to play to retire him... had to pay to remove him as a breeding male... ok so i crowned my new king.. then i had to pay 25 more to set him as a breeding male... 70gc in total to remove the starter wolf king... and replace him with something better... kinda a rip off if you ask me since you have to make a starter king when you join and crown it set it as a breeding male etc etc.. |

I do think 20 GC to replace your lead (which is "forced" upon you since you're unable to start the game without one) is a bit harsh for a first time swap. However, they do warn you about setting a breeding male. Not as well as I'd wish (the severity of it didn't sink in until I counted days/months till I can retire naturally), but it's still a warning. If you hadn't set him as a breeding male it'd only be 25 GC (20 GC if you can tolerate your lead being sterile). If you had opted for waiting the cooldown (14 days - hardly a lot), your max cost would be 45 GC (retire both lead & breeding male). For a free player, that's still insane - but nobody forced you to use 70 GC. Just like your choice was to make a new male your lead wolf and your breeding male. What if in 2 months you don't like him any more? Want to get a new heir in? It'll cost you as much as this one. Only 20 GC if it wasn't your lead, though. Which is why I reckon females make the best lead wolves (and is why my next one will be a female for sure). |

You are supposed to play is the ting. You don't need to replace him? You chose to - for whatever reason - to retire him before he died of old age. You also chose to set him as a breeding male in the first place - and then due to changing that early too had to pay a fee. |
