Customizing Starter Male (Would you stud to this fella?)

I liked my started male when I started, but as more and more gorgeous customs and pretty boys are popping up left and right, I realized how plain and scruffy he looks. And now that he's my breeding male, that means... Time to Pimp My Stud!!!!  <;

This is the new design I was thinking of- he has Pewter base in this screenshot- And his old/ current design on the right.

NEW vs. OLD

I'd love some opinions/feedback on the design (I really want a design I'll be happy with for the rest of his life, he'll be my Stud till death). I'd also like to know if he's worthy of studding. He has 397 stats right now (and counting) and with the new design, I wonder if there'd be interest.

I would totally stud to him ^^ I love monochromatic designs and I'm always looking for more studs with black/white/gray, plus I think the design you came up with is gorgeous <3

I think he's gorgeous and those certainly aren't bad stats!

I couldn't promise I would stud to him, but thats not because I don't like him, I just don't use studs very often ^^ he's caught my eye though!

Subtle but nice! I like the varied grey color and the smudge marking.  I might change the nose to black to complete the monochrome look.

@Nika, Oh good thinking, I wasn't paying attention to the skin or nose. I'll make a note. I'm unsure if I'm totally happy with him being completely monochrome, but that's just kinda what ended up happening, haha.

Not gonna lie, I kind of like it more with the Oxblood nose. At most I'd change it to like Gray, Bistre or Dark, since they and Oxblood don't mess with the color around the nose/lips like Black and a lot of other colors do. (Not that it's a bad thing that Black does that, but I think it looks a little nicer without giving him dark lips too.) Also, I totally get the not wanting 100% monochrome. I did the same on my breeding male Aephier by giving him two brown/dark brown markings so that while overall his markings are monochrome, the brown doesn't stand out or clash. Not sure if that's something you'd want to do, and personally I don't know what to even recommend to change out (like maybe the tail tip mark, but I also think that ties every together nicely), since I think your design here is so well put together as it is and any changes might mess that up a bit.

I like him a lot, he has a similar look to my lead (so I'm a bit biased)
