help me pick my breeding male! both base II + 6 special marks

The funny thing is I posted a thread like this a couple of weeks ago, but in the end I didn't like any of the designs enough to stick with them for months!  This time I do love both designs a lot but it's so hard to pick...  So, maybe I should just go with whichever one will make a better stud. What does everyone think? Would you stud with them? How much should I charge for either one?

1) pewter base (mono dark II), 6 special marks (doubloon merle cool and still pretty rare, doubloon trim, silver cape, deira limbs, dinar forehead, db smoke), 8 total marks right now but I'm happy to add more if I come up with good ones (feel free to help!), birth stats 338 (so he'll be ~460 at level 10 and ~790 at level 20)

2) onyx base (mono dark II), 5 special marks (dinar+sepia+auburn triple shaded, auburn patchy unders, deira inv agouti), 10 total marks, birth stats 430 (so he'll be ~550 at level 10 and ~880 at level 20)

Both images are wardrobe links - feel free to play around with them and let me know if you find good markings to put in the empty or low opacity slots, any ideas would be great!

Notes about rarity/etc:  pewter and onyx are both Monochrome Dark II bases, so inheritance-wise they're exactly the same.

I checked how many studs there are with each special marking, to see what's really rare:

1. doubloon merle 6, doubloon trim 2, silver cape 4, deira limbs 3, dinar forehead 2, dark brown smoke 19
2. deira inv agouti 1, dinar shaded 2, sepia shaded 4, auburn shaded 4, auburn patchy unders 5
   

So clearly they both have good bases and rare markings, and really I just need to know which of these markings are rare because nobody's really trying to breed for them very much, vs which ones are popular even if being popular makes them a bit less rare... So, which one do you like better, which one would you stud with, do either of them have markings you've been trying to breed or are excited about?

i'm still learning about wolvden in general. 

you can't go wrong with either stud. if you have puppies that have their base you don't want to keep you can sell them in the trading center. 

i like both of them. so its hard for me to choose one.

First one looks pretty rad (and I usually loathe Merle) but the second boy is stunning, not to mention those delicious stats.

I love the doubloon merle but honestly it doesn't match the pewter base for me very well (the gray+brown doesn't work for me), so the second boy with onyx base would be my pick if I were you! Especially with those stats :)

i'm not knowledgeable about pricing at all, so i don't know how much they'd make you as studs, but from looks alone i LOVE the second one! i'm not a big fan of the grey/brown mix on the first.

I like the second one, with the onyx base, best myself. 

The second one is cute ! Would definitely use ! Im going to mess with him a bit in wardrobe and uh just in case you werent aware, the highest opacity is 100 so putting things in wardrobe to crazy numbers like 800 doesnt do any more than 100 does . 

First one is kinda meh... I think the colors clash and Im kinda over merle being on *everything* . Its more common to have a merle breeding boy now than it is to not . 

Merle is very hit or miss. While Stud 1 is very pretty, the market is *flooded* with merle wolves. Go with Stud 2.

I definitely prefer Stud #2 myself.
