I don't recognise him per say, but he's very similar to my boy,  Narcissus. They share Black Inuit and Luna points in the same slot

I'd imagine so but my attempts at finding Narcissus's parents failed so idk if they actually would be... but the slot lineup is a pretty decent indication of relation i think
