@Slothie- No worries!!! I realized I worded that in a really confusing way lol my bad

@Karma - I usually do two screenshots, one of the wolf's picture with my username and one of the markings! I think your method is a good idea tho - more info is always better

@Shadowed - I believe Ravenstar already made one here! Edit: good point though, it hasn't been fully decided if this will be the Official one yet.

What if there was also general HTML info, like frequently asked questions we get here? I know every 50 pages or so someone has to re-explain how to make the image also a link to the wolf's profile, for example.

Edit 2: I'd also be okay hosting one - I'm online constantly - but I don't want to muscle in if someone else would rather be in charge lol

@Ghost I just operate off of anxiety LMFAO So I have to go over everything to ensure I have a shot at potentially (I know it's not guaranteed and it's up to whomever finds the wolf) getting some of my chased's back. :) I also love the HTML info honestly. I'm not too good with coding yet, and I know other newer players won't be either.

@Shadowed- I'd like it if it was a vote from some of the players that post on here regularly myself. Like to know what you would have as rules etc. before saying one way or another.
I guess the other thing I'd like to throw out for group discussion is what is the actual purpose of this thread? To post when you have found an awesome chased wolf, or to post for purpose of reuniting a chaser with the wolf? I see a lot of players who seem to be so happy to have found a beautiful chased, then someone comes in and says "oh that's mine" I'd really rather be involved in one that reminds everyone that once they chase it it is no longer yours, but also allows those who are awesome players to sell or give back to original chaser if that's what they choose to do. I feel like sometimes the players are so happy to have found a chased and it just kind of sucks all the joy to have someone come i and says it's theirs.
I have really enjoyed seeing all the chased wolves here and so happy to see someone find a really good one. Good to have some group discussion.

@ Ghost

Good Idea!

And Anyways About The Thread, Tbh I Don't Know Wich One To Use, I Didn't Saw That Ravenstar Replied, But Now That You Say That About The Rules I Think It Would Be A Good Idea To Use One With Rules, But Idk If You'd Like To Use Raventar's Thread Or My Thread, Ig Is Your Decision Guys!

Edit:

@Snowcat13

That Is A Good Point, I Will Make Sure To Add That If My Thread Is Used As The Official Thread, But I'm Pretty Sure That If Ravenstar's Thread Is The Official One @Ravenstar Will Add That Too!

I'd give Ravenstar some time to fully flesh out the thread, as it hasn't even been an hour since it was posted
In the mean-time, I feel like we could all brainstorm some good ideas for good rules and a good setup for a chased spotting thread ! :]

@Snowcat I see where you're coming from. However I don't mind when a chaser mentions they chased the wolf. As long as they're not trying to say "that's my wolf give it back". But if they're trying to say something like "oh hey I chased that wolf! Would you like to know it's lineage? Blah blah blah" if that makes any sense? Sometimes the finder likes knowing how the wolf came about or maybe they're looking for the chaser to reunite the wolf. However, the finder could also be responsible for saying "not looking to return to chaser/not selling". Which would put an end to people asking to purchase/have the found wolf? Just throwing some ideas out.

I think the rules Ghost mentioned are a good start
