Do we have a list of bases that are considered pastel?

Well I think the most of us use bright color bases but when you look at my lead you can use dark bases too. I guess the combo of markings is important. Everytime I try to make a Cotton Candy I think about a Dawn or Dusk Sky, maybe the Aurora Borelialis.

Stormborne any base could work with a lot of white and light/low opacity marks. I do warm bases, specifically, but a lot prefer lavender. Any light base is considered ideal. 

Debating keeping this higher stat boy that my lead and stud made and slapping a calcite base and a few new marks on him as a possible pastel creamsicle future stud.
