new & confused lol

hey guys i just started yesterday & i would love to get some general help from someone more experienced so im really glad i found this section! as for right now tho i do have 1 question how do i unlock the herbalist tab in the crossroads? i used all my healing items yesterday and my wolf has 0 hp now so i wanted to buy some more but the icon is grayed out & i dont see any more quests so im not sure what to do now. any help would be appreciated !! 

You unlock the Herbalist roll on the fourth or fifth rollover, I believe! You've just got to be patient. Until then, I can trade you some healing salves, for free! It will say you need to pay 1 SC but it will also say I'm giving you 1 SC so neither of us loose it :)

As a tip, there are a lot of encounters in explore that give you HP or healing items! If you're low on hp then keep an eye out for those. Inspecting the water when you find a pool of water often gives a healing salve and if you have an option to use or gather herbs you can heal your wolf by the 'use' option. Those two are the most common healing encounters I have found.
