As a person who loves red and doesn't get distracted by it, I do like the red myself, but I can totally understand why it might bother some people, so getting to choose the color in settings would be awesome! Plus getting to decide what color it is yourself might be useful for people with colorblindness. Would let red lovers keep their red, and people who don't prefer it still get to pick their preference too. Win/win! :) |

Yeah it keeps tripping me up lol. Red is my favorite color but it does make me think I have a notification. |

Red is also my favorite color buuuut it's very distracting to me with where it is? It looks like a notification and I'm gong a little batty xD Getting color options would be perfect |

I support. It doesn't bother me personally, but it's not a change that would bother me. And I can see how it might be distracting or bothersome for others. |

Support - it's the kind of color that makes sense for notifications, not for something that shows up on every single page and you don't want to notice 99% of the time. (It's also pretty weird that it shows up in red on non-bookmarked pages and disappears entirely on bookmarked ones - I think it'd make more sense to have it in grey/something faint on non-bookmarked pages and then a slightly more visible color on bookmarked ones? Since bookmarked pages are the ones that should stand out.) |

support! it doesn't personally bother me a huge amount but it is a little distracting. for anyone who wants to style the icon in css to change the color, use this code(i just tested it out in my den and it worked perfectly) #bookmarkPage { color: (color hex or rgb here); } |

I'm going to be working on a stylus style that can be installed by wolvden users if they want to change the bookmark color for the entire site! i'll have a bunch of color options (at least 10), so if anyone wants to suggest a color they'd want to see give me the rgb code edit: i thought i'd be able to do this by tonight but apparently there's only one site i can use to share the color changer with others and the site in question is so hecking slow i want to punch something. sorry Okay so I can't share the bookmark color change itself but I can show you how to do it. just use the guide i made: |

Support, I think there should be an on-site option to change the colour rather than messing with the site on your browser. Having an option to even just change it between like 5 pre-determined colours in a menu somewhere is fine, just having the option makes it more accessible for colourblind players, like me. Currently, the bookmark icon means nothing to me because it doesn't pop out to me, and changing it to a colour I can see clearer would make the icon work as expected. |
