hi sorry to bother but do the people who were here when it was just pwyw still get the art that they requested or no....

currently rereading this message and am still going to post! i sincerely apologize for the tone here, my general frustration with this is in no way centered at you, sleepytally!! i just can't keep making myself be incredibly cordial, and am hoping this will get the message across to anyone who is still confused. again, nobody is targeted, this isn't anger directed at anyone in particular regardless if they sent me messages like this, just a general less than peachy announcement ^^'

over several days i made some announcements about that, and then, when confusion still arose i transitioned to set prices.

the main reason behind changing to set prices is that nobody seemed to bother to read into the details i put in my post from day one, let alone the subsequent long explanations about the process, leading to many people being upset i was not working on 'their art' when i did not accept their commission.

obviously the info is now changed, but from the day i posted this it stated 'i will reach out to some offers when i am ready to take them on!' - not 'i will do every offer given in chronological order!'

additionally, getting a private message that do not say 'i can start on your commission, let me know if you want to change any information before i begin!!' is in no way me adding someone to the queue. 'that is a reasonable offer!' is just me being polite, NOT adding a commission to my queue.

i apologize if i seem rather testy about this, but the forum reply i am waking up to and starting my day with reads as incredibly guilt trippy, and i am quite frankly done with recieving those messages. i have done my utmost to make things clear, and continue to feel bad even upwards of a week after switching to set prices because i receive dms exactly like your comment quite a bit. thankfully you're not being angry, but i am still getting sick and tired of feeling guilty when i specified what i needed to from day one and literally cannot agree to draw over 17 pages of offers.

unless i reached out to you to let anyone know i was one hundred percent working on their art, it is just as you said, art they requested. not art they are getting.

i messaged you asking if 20 healing salves was good for some art and you said sure that's why i wanted to know.. thanks 

which is precisely my point ^^’ unfortunately many people treated me answering a question as an obligation on my part. when the character/info isn’t included and someone just asks ‘is this amount ok?’ its fairly rude for me not to reply, so i did! but unfortunately regardless of the actual information in my post, i have gotten many similar messages from people who i said ‘yep, that’s reasonable!’ to demanding art.

all me replying to those dms is is answering a question, hence why i made my initial announcement that i no longer would be answering ‘is this amount ok?’ messages, and then eventually just switched to set pricing when doing that didn't work either and i kept having to explain this to people who were rather upset about how long i was taking on the art that i didnt know i was making for them xD

probably best to read initial posts closely going forward, as again, from day one it was stated that i would reach out to people to let them know if i was going to do their commission ~

@liz I hope you didn’t start anything for mine since it’s on the wait list! I changed which character I’d like drawn. If it is a proble. For you PLEASE let me know and I will make my request as what I posted originally!
