The final sacrifice(open

Yin followed in secret, desguised as a stoat. He had rolled in the fecies in another animal so his scent would be masked. It wasn't a pleasant thing for him, but he did it so he wouldn't get caught.

Cardon noticed "  YIN!" he growled and dropped Jewel "  jewel, go to your mother..now!" he said.

Jewel did just that and hid behind her " leave us alone" he said growling and showed his poisonous claws.

Jewel was scared of the stranger who wasn't mom or cardon

"Who was that Cardon." Jewel asked

" A dangerous one... his name is Yin" Cardon said  snuggling with Feng and the children " do not ever trust him.Ok?" he said nuzzling her

"Ok." She said. She opened her eyes and one was Jade and the other was amethyst 

Cardon sighed and curled around Feng and the little ones protectively " nothing gets past me, when im guarding any of you" he said sleepily

"I love you cardon." Jewel murmured as she fell asleep

Cardon chuckled " i love you back, jewel" he said  nuzzling her gently before falling asleep. He sleep for hours before waking up. He stood up and stretched before walking tot he edge of the den and looked out.
