Yes, my lead wolf is level 10. I haven't found any yet, but I'm looking.

However I meant rarity wolves. Wolves with gold star traits. When can I find them?

I believe the gold star wolves are available to everyone at any level. (They generally don't have much value.)

Hmmm rated wolves usually have quite a lot of value, depending on if they have a lot of rare traits I thought? And I looked it up, it said level 15 I will find rated wolves. Thank y'all, I realized i was mistaking the personality gold star for a gold star trait.

I've never seen wolves with the gold stars go for more than a couple hundred SC and I've been playing since a couple months after the game was released even the ones with 3 or 4 gold stars still generally aren't worth much.

I have never heard that before, I'm fairly certain that gold star NBWs are for everyone regardless of lead level. But let me double check with my "associates"
