You can indeed sell it on the trading center, yes. It's typically sold only in the grove for 5 GC and it replenishes your wolf's energy for explorations. It would likely be highly sought after if you choose to sell it.

If its the one you got from the tutorial, its account locked and cannot be traded. As is the birthday one if I remember correctly. They did that to prevent new people from being scammed.
