Sorry to jump the post but where do you find these decors? 

Check the news. They are part of Black Friday event going on now. For each pack of GC you buy you get a certain amount of items from a list - these decors are in that list of possible items you receive. 

I now have all the Three Howling Wolves backgrounds that I want, but am still looking for the three other decorations. I'm primarily offering GC and high stat / tier II pups if anyone is interested.
