New Player

Hey, I came over from Lioden and I'm not fully sure how this game works. I can't offer much but even if someones willing to help talk me through some basics that'd be great!

Hi! There is a lot of helpful info in these guides. You can also search the forum for your question.

Here's some tips:

• Making money: Sell the eggs, stoats, and other 1 use food you find in Explore to the raccoon. Save the bigger food items to feed your wolves and sell on the TC. Food and toys sell for ~2SC per use. Sell bundles and list a buyout price of either SC or GC. You'd be surprised what some people will pay GC for!
  
• Hunting: Use a full 5 wolf hunting party and only follow Critter trails to have better luck in the beginning, hunting is hard until your wolves have synergy! Make sure the wolves in your hunting party get along. (Look at the personality guide and hunting guide in the link above.)
• You can only have 1 breeding male, so save up and buy a good one! Tier II with lots of interesting markings.
• Don't overpay for stuff. Make good use of the search options in the Trading Center! I type in the item's name, look for the lowest price in page 1, then search for that price as max buyout to try to find a better deal.
• Battling: Fights are tough, conserve your strength by only fighting enemies +/-2 levels of your current level. Strategy: Bite until your opponent bleeds, then rest. Latch-Crush can be very effective but risky! Beware of badgers, bears, and bulls, they are extra strong!
