Stud Base Changer Raffle ~ [ENDS 12/11]

New Player Raffle! - Base Changer Ending December 11th, 18:00 Wolvden time

Summary I'm running a second small raffle for newer players that are struggling to get a good tier II stud! The rules are a little different this time, so please read! I'll be happy to help the winner (and any other players) with picking their tier II, especially if you're hoping to breed for specific bases. The winner will be chosen at random using Comment Picker's Random Name Picker with each name entered for as many entries they've bought. Prize 1 base changer Proof This item will allow you to change 1 wolf's base color to one of a pool of specific bases, including several tier II options! Only tier IIs have a chance of producing tier IIs, making tier IIs often more valuable for breeding. Keep in mind, many players won't consider breeding to a Tier I stud. Rules No tier II stud! - This raffle is meant to help players struggling to get a tier II stud. No more than 5 entries per player! - I don't want new players throwing large amounts of money at this raffle. No begging! - I know it can be hard just starting out, but please don't make other bidders or myself uncomfortable. No refunds after raffle ends! - Understand that you have no guarantee of winning, and if you don't, you don't get your entry back. - If you have a legitimate reason for wanting a refund before raffle end you may DM me. How to Enter Just create a private trade with my ID (#22924) in the "Private Trade With Member" section containing the items/currency you want to enter with, and a 1SC buyout price. Heyo! "New Player" here is more defined by your Tier II count than by your join date, since it's meant to help players struggling to get a Tier II. Since you have 5 Tier IIs, that would be over the 3 Tier II limit, so you wouldn't qualify for this raffle. Sorry!

why do you refer a new player by the tier 11 count ? 

I don't define new players that way generally, just for the purposes of this raffle. I'm looking to specifically help out players who are struggling to get a Tier II, and I want to make it as fair as possible for them, since it's easy to get bought out by other players with more resources. Hence the Tier II limit, and the entry cap. I'll likely run more open raffles in the future, but for this one I'd like to keep these rules in place to give struggling players the best chance.

some of the tier 11 bases you counted in my den , i don't plan on keeping. i'm selling them / chasing them. 

i think you should reconsider my qualification for this raffle after i sold / chase the unwanted tier 11 pups i have in my den.

Tier II limits count at the time of entry, so if you did have 3 or less Tier IIs at some point before the raffle ends, you could still enter. I'd caution against rushing to sell/chase Tier IIs just for a chance at winning this raffle, especially because you have no guarantee of winning. I'll also be running raffles like this in the future, so this isn't your only chance.

On a personal note, I wouldn't really consider you the right person for this raffle when you're getting rid of Tier IIs to qualify. But I will stick to the technical rules I laid out at the beginning to keep it fair!
