Hunting

How do you set up the hunters and other designated roles? I cant even figure out how to go on a hunt for a quest. LOL

You need to have completed the Time To Hunt quest on the questing page, which unlocks after finishing the first Pack Life quest. The quests are like extensions of the tutorial - Tala take you through the steps and teaches you all about how hunting works and how to set up hunters :)
