One problem I've found when customizing a wolf is that you cannot move the existing markings around so you can stack the markings properly. For example: Say you have one marking such as a merle on the wolf that covers the whole body, but you want to cover the face or legs with a different marking(s). If the merle marking is in one of the last slots, it leaves little room to work with to put markings ontop of that merle. Merle is a marking that can generally only be obtained through breeding or RMA. So even if you add more markings on it, it still doesn't cover the merle in the way you'd want to. What if you want to make the merle in Slot 1 instead of Slot 8, so you can add stuff ontop of the merle and stack the markings. As I mentioned earlier, it leaves little room to work with. Especially if you plan on adding a lot more markings via Grove items. At the moment, you can move the markings around in Wardrobe, no problem. But it doesn't save when you exit it- even on an existing wolf. And when you try the 'Customize' button, you loose all the markings and colors already on the wolf- including any breeding or RMA-only markings. I think there should be a way to organize the order of the markings, especially on a wolf with already existing markings, but actually save them in that order. I know when you use the Marking Applicator, it gives you the option to select a slot. But what about trying to do the same when a wolf already has markings on it that you want to keep- but put in a different slot?
-- Not sure what else to put to describe it! Anyone wanted to add to this, I can edit into the post! But what does everyone think? Would this be a good idea for the game? |
